We are looking to appoint an experienced SENCo to start work in November 2020. You will have the experience and enthusiasm to ensure that the outstanding leadership of this area is maintained whilst our SENCo is on maternity leave.
The appointed candidate will be employed as SENCO on a part-time basis for 3 days a week. You will be an outstanding practitioner with a love of teaching, having high expectations for all. We also offer a unique opportunity to work with children with physical disabilities and their team of support teachers and assistants as part of our partnership with The Vale Special School.
Our children achieve well due to our excellent teaching and our parent body is supportive of the work of the school. While we are proud of our performance, we are not complacent. We continually look for ways to develop and improve the school and to build on our successes.
With excellent interpersonal skills and the highest ambitions for our children, you will build strong relationships with parents, teachers and pupils to deliver the best outcomes for our young people.
